Chicken Barbecue Pizza

Ingredients:

  • Chicken

  • Pizza dough

  • Green bell pepper

  • Mozzarella cheese

  • Barbecue sauce

  • Cilantro

  • Red onion

  • Garlic powder


Description:

First grill the chicken with some onions, garlic powder and salt. Flatten the pizza dough. Put a layer of barbecue sauce on the dough, then add the chicken and mozzarella cheese, green bell peppers, and red onions. Preheat the oven to 450' F. Cook the pizza for about 20 minutes. Broil for the last two minutes. Add the cilantro on top. Enjoy!

Cheese Burger

Ingredients:

  • 1lb of ground beef (80%)

  • 0.5 lb of ground lamb

  • Yellow onion

  • Cheddar Cheese

  • Tomato

  • Greens

  • Pickled cucumbers

  • Mayo

  • Ketchup

  • Buns


Description:

Combine the ground beef, ground lamb and grounded onion and mix with your hands. Add salt and black pepper to the mix. Grill the burgers. At the end put a layer of cheddar cheese on the burger. The delicious part of this cheese burger recipe is the sauce. Combine mayo, ketchup and pickled cucumbers together, rub to the buns. Add tomato and greens. Enjoy!

Lamb Chops

Ingredients:

  • Lamb chops

  • Rosemary

  • Ghee

  • Olive oil

  • Garlic powder, salt, black pepper


Description:

Cover the lamb chops with salt, then black pepper, and then garlic powder. Fry them in a pan with ghee, olive oil and rosemary.

Keto Egg Sandwich for Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp sour cream

  • 1/4 tbsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp almond flower

  • 1 ounce cheddar cheese

  • Half an avocado


Description:

Mix one of the eggs with sour cream, baking powder, almond flower and cheddar cheese in a bowl. Pour the mix into a mini waffle maker to make the sandwich buns. Cook the other egg. Make the sandwich as in the image. Enjoy!

Sootdi Polo

Ingredients:

  • Smoked Salmon

  • 1 cup rice

  • 2 cups of whole milk

  • 1/4 tbsp Saffron

  • Rasins


Description:

This is a traditional Azeri food that is popular in north west of Iran. Add the rice and two cups of whole milk to a pot and bring to boil. Add a spoon of olive oil and half table spoon of salt. You need to supervise this since milk can overflow when it boils. Once most of the water has vaporized, put the pot lid and let is cook slowly.

Add the raisins to a pan, and fry them for 30 seconds.

I prefer to fry the smoke salmon for 30 seconds too, but if you like it the way it is, that sounds good too.
